Bareilly News: In Premnagar police station area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, bike-riding robbers robbed the manager of Kips Auto Service Agency (Bike Showroom) on the Hartman Overbridge on Sunday evening. The miscreants fled with a bag containing Rs 1.10 lakh. The manager of the auto showroom tried to catch the miscreants, but they disappeared within some time. After this he informed the police. The police surrounded the bike-riding miscreants, but could not catch them. After this, along with Premnagar police station, SOG is busy searching for the accused miscreants. But, he has not received it. The victim manager has filed a complaint with the police. The police have started efforts to register a report in the matter. Deepak Joshi, a resident of Durganagar in Baradari police station area of the city, is the manager of Kips Auto Service Showroom in front of Ashraf Khan Chowki. He told the police that the main branch of the company is near Bishop Mandal Inter College in Kotwali police station area. Booking of trains takes place here. But, its accounts have to be given in the main branch. He had left the showroom for the main branch. Employee Vijay Srivastava was also with him. But, he was riding a bike. He left the showroom with Rs 1.10 lakh.
While climbing the Hartman Bridge, a bike hit him and stopped his bike. The second bike came and parked in the neighbourhood. Before he could understand anything, one miscreant took away the keys of his bike and another miscreant looted the bag full of money. Vijay Srivastava tried to catch the miscreant, but he ran away. After this the police was informed. Police arrived within some time. The police investigated. But the miscreants riding the bike were not caught. The manager has given a complaint regarding this matter to the police.
Searching for miscreants through CCTV cameras
After the robbery incident, the police is busy searching for the miscreants. But, he did not get it. CCTV cameras are being searched in search of miscreants. The CCTV cameras installed at the shop and showroom of Hartman Overbridge are being scrutinized. Along with this, the police is also investigating the showroom employees and visiting customers.
