It was informed in the meeting that 51,060 km of roads of Public Works Department, National Highways, Panchayati Raj, Irrigation Department, Rural Development, Urban Development, Housing and Urban Planning and Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department have been marked for pothole-free and 33,720 km of roads for renovation. Has been done. The Public Works Department has so far done the work of making 20,916 km of roads pothole free and renovating 17,978 km of roads. The work of pothole-free 3,090 km roads and renovation of 19,448 km roads of other concerned departments has also been done. Principal Secretary Infrastructure and Industrial Development Anil Sagar and Principal Secretary Public Works Ajay Chauhan were also present in the meeting.

Chief Secretary reviewed with Divisional Commissioners through VC

Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra gave instructions to dispose of the cases pending in the revenue courts for more than a year on priority. He was reviewing the functioning of various departments with Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates through video conferencing on Wednesday. Of these, maximum 1,00,307 cases have been disposed of in Lucknow, 70,761 in Ballia, 65,771 in Prayagraj, 62,906 in Gorakhpur and 58,264 in Gonda. The Chief Secretary praised providing tap connections to 100 percent houses in Bisanda of Banda and Charkhari block of Mahoba under Jal Jeevan Mission. It was told in the meeting that till now connections have been given to 65.45 percent houses. Additional Chief Secretary of Revenue Department Sudhir Garg, Principal Secretary of Planning Department Alok Kumar, Commissioner of Revenue Council Manisha Trighatia and other officials were present in the meeting.

Bhoomi Pujan can be done before Diwali
