The temple administration has requested the devotees to come to the temple or temple campus in modest clothes only. Half pants, torn jeans, Bermuda Wearing skirts, crop tops etc. is not allowed. Earlier, similar advice has been given to the devotees in Baba Anandeshwar Temple and Panki Temple also. Shri Radha Krishna Temple (JK Temple) Trust has put up boards at many places inside the temple. Whoever came to the temple on Saturday was informed about this. Information given. The guards posted at the gate told the devotees that only those wearing modest clothes would be allowed entry. As an exception, some asked for one day’s extension and were allowed to avoid controversy.
Ashish Chauhan of the Trust said that brainstorming for this was going on for a long time. Temple is a religious place. In such a situation, decorum should be maintained. People who come for morning walk should also come wearing decent clothes. The devotees who are coming are being requested politely. He told that all the devotees had been raising objections to the temple administration in this regard for a long time. Some devotees come to the temple wearing indecent clothes. They also share reels and selfies in the temple in these clothes. Due to this, other devotees coming to the temple raise objection.
Dress code was implemented in Parmat also
Earlier, dress code was also implemented in Anandeshwar Temple Paramat. Here too people were asked to come wearing modest clothes. Similarly, this rule was implemented in Panki temple also.
