Patna. The sting of dengue continues, the continuous increase in patients has exposed the health department and municipal corporation. 184 new cases have been found in the district within 24 hours. These include 14 children, 38 elderly people and the remaining youth. Maximum 77 people have been found dengue positive in Pataliputra region. Apart from this, 14 patients in Azimabad, 31 in Bankipur, 11 in Kankarbagh, 22 in Nutan Rajdhani, 2 in Patna City, 4 in Phulwarisharif, 5 in Danapur and the remaining patients are residents of rural areas.
Aedes mosquito larvae found at 112 places
At present 106 patients are admitted in dengue wards in PMCH, IGIMS, NMCH and Patna AIIMS. Of these, 19 patients are undergoing treatment in ICU. 14 patients have recovered within 24 hours, after which they have been discharged from the dengue ward. According to Civil Surgeon Dr. Shravan Kumar, within the last two days, Aedes mosquito larvae were found at 112 places in the district, which were immediately destroyed. Pesticides have been sprayed at these places. Awareness programs are being organized for prevention and vigilance against dengue and malaria. So far, a record seven people, including a government doctor, have died due to dengue.
Three new patients found in Madhubani, number increased to 71
Dengue comes in the category of very serious diseases among mosquito borne diseases in Madhubani. Presently dengue is going on in the entire state including the district. In this sequence, after three new dengue patients were found in the district on Wednesday, the number of dengue patients has increased to 71. Nine new dengue patients found in Bhagalpur, number of infected reached 204
Dengue has spread in Kahalgaon urban and rural areas. New cases are being found every day. Dengue test of 52 people was done at Kahalgaon Sub-Divisional Hospital on Thursday. In which nine people were found suffering from dengue. Five new dengue patients found, 19 recovered

11 new dengue patients found in Muzaffarpur district

Eight new dengue patients in Begusarai district

So far 194 dengue patients have been found in the district. More than half of these have become healthy. He told that 6 dengue patients are admitted in GMCH. Currently 52 patients are undergoing treatment. In which one patient is Elijah positive. While the remaining patient is suffering from suspected symptoms of dengue. He said that till now a total of 606 patients have been found dengue positive in the ELISA test. In this, 73 patients have recovered so far after treatment.
