Changes are being made in the country’s first VIP train Rajdhani Express in Indian Railways. Let us tell you that this change is going to make your journey more pleasant.
Now the passengers of Rajdhani Express will have the feeling of traveling in ‘Tejas’ train. For the first time in the country, the Railways has started the effort to convert VIP train Rajdhani Express into Tejas rake.
Tejas rake is equipped with automatic plug indoor system. Due to this, all the entrance doors will be controlled centrally and the train will not run until all the bogie doors are closed.
Let us tell you that passengers will be informed before the doors close so that they can reach inside the train.
According to railway officials, Rajdhani Express with Tejas rake will have a total of 21 coaches. The train will have two AC first class, five AC second class and 11 AC third class coaches. Apart from this, there will be one coach for pantry car and two for power car.
Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway, Deepak Kumar said that there is a plan to install Tejas rake in Rajdhani Express. This exercise is going on in a phased manner.
