Many times he even threatens my employees and demands food from them. He told that Rashid is a person of criminal nature. In such a situation, he wants to extort money from us by threatening us. The customers who visit our establishment. He harasses them and also spoils the surrounding environment. Last October 11, Rashid misbehaved and misbehaved with my employee. When I tried to convince him, he entered my shop and abused me. And threatened to kill me. A few days later, on October 30, when I was leaving my shop and going to urinate on the school side. So he took advantage of the darkness and caught me. And told me that if you want to run your shop then I will have to pay ₹ 50000 every month. When I refused to do this, he grabbed my collar. The accused had committed the crime in 2015
Victim Shishir Bhagat told that even before this, accused Rashid had committed an incident with me in 2015, about which I had complained at the police station. Station in-charge Hari Parvat says that based on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered and further action is underway.
