Shishir Bhagat, director of Bhagat Confectionery located on MG Road, told that Rashid Baig, son of Smile Baig has a shop in the said market near his business establishment. He is jealous of my business and harasses my employees and customers every day. For this reason he has also closed the toilet of the market. Many times he even threatens my employees and demands food from them. He told that Rashid is a person of criminal nature. In such a situation, he wants to extort money from us by threatening us. The customers who visit our establishment. He harasses them and also spoils the surrounding environment. Last October 11, Rashid misbehaved and misbehaved with my employee. When I tried to convince him, he entered my shop and abused me. And threatened to kill me. A few days later, on October 30, when I was leaving my shop and going to urinate on the school side. So he took advantage of the darkness and caught me. And told me that if you want to run your shop then I will have to pay ₹ 50000 every month. When I refused to do this, he grabbed my collar. And said if you don’t start giving me money then very bad will happen to you. Meanwhile, my employees arrived there, so I left from there.
