Jharkhand: PM Narendra Modi will launch PM-PVTG Development Mission in Khunti on November 15

Ranchi, Bipin Singh: Prime Minister on ‘Tribal Pride Day’ Narendra Modi Will launch ‘PM-PVTG Development Mission’ in Khunti district. On November 15, the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda, the Prime Minister will announce the health programs to be started under this mission. A special health camp will be organized here by the Jharkhand government. Stalls related to health programs will also be set up at the venue, where the responsibilities of health officials have been fixed. A day before the arrival of the Prime Minister, i.e. on 14th November, all the health officials will conduct its mock drill.

To improve the situation of vulnerable tribal groups

The PM-PVTG Development Mission program aims to improve the socio-economic status of Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG). For this, availability of Rs 15,000 crore for Scheduled Tribes has been envisaged in the Union Budget. The mission includes providing basic facilities like safe housing, clean drinking water and sanitation, education, health and nutrition, better access to roads in settlements for backward scheduled tribes.

19 officials got responsibility for the program

On the day of the program, a total of 19 officials including Dr. JF Kennedy as Nodal Blood Cell, Dr. Rakesh Dayal as STO, Dr. Kamlesh Kumar as HWC-CM Cell, Dr. Lal Manjhi as Nodal MCD Cell and Dr. Sarita as MCD Screening Camp were presented on behalf of the Health Department. Responsibility has been given.
