The Daman Games guide privacy policy covers khpkvk.org, an independent English-language guide for players in India. It governs interactions with this guide. Daman Games account, app and deposit activity falls outside its scope.
Who This Policy Covers
khpkvk.org publishes this guide. We are not the Daman Games operator, and we do not accept deposits.
This guide is intended for readers aged 18 and over.
Data Collected When You Use This Guide
Your interaction with the guide differs depending on whether you visit a page, send a contact-form message or follow its affiliate button.
Visiting the Site and Contacting Us by Email
The guide uses an analytics counter and cookies in connection with site visits. The counter helps us understand visits to the guide.
When you email [email protected], you provide your email address and the information you include in your message. We use it to deal with your enquiry. Do not include a password, OTP or UPI PIN in a privacy request.
Following the Affiliate Button
khpkvk.org has one affiliate button linking to the app. Following it takes you from the guide to the app. Information you provide after that hand-off, including account or deposit information, is outside this policy.
Cookies and Analytics Choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Removing a browser cookie does not delete a contact-form message you have already sent.
Sharing and Retention
The affiliate button does not make khpkvk.org the recipient of information you subsequently give to the operator. A guide contact-form message and information held in an app account belong to separate data relationships; a request about one should go to the party handling it.
Your Privacy Requests
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted to this guide. If your request concerns a message, describe it so we can identify the relevant enquiry.
For Daman Games account, app or deposit data, direct your request to the operator. A request sent to this guide will not reach the party handling that data.
Changes and Contact
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Email [email protected] with questions about this guide's privacy practices.
Play responsibly
Colour prediction and lottery games are games of chance: no pattern, group or app can predict the next result. Set a budget before you play, never chase losses and take breaks. If gaming stops being fun, read our responsible gaming guide or call the free Tele-MANAS helpline 14416.
